The Problem

Most executives aren't struggling
because they lack skill.

They're struggling because they're still doing when they should be leading. The Delegation Effect is designed to close that gap — permanently.

📋

You're carrying work that isn't yours

In our last cohort, executives audited their task list and found that on average 3 out of every 10 tasks should never have been on their plate at all.

Your calendar doesn't match your title

By Week 4, participants in this challenge typically reclaim 3–5 hours per week. That's 12–20 hours of strategic leadership capacity every month.

🎯

The real work is deciding who you want to be

Delegation isn't just a tactical skill. It's an identity shift — from expert contributor to strategic executive. That's what five weeks together builds.

The Challenge Arc

Five weeks.
Five concrete challenges.

Weeks 1–2 are self-paced with pre-recorded coaching videos. Weeks 3–5 include live group coaching calls.

The Real Shift

Delegation isn't about offloading.
It's about creating space for what only you can do.

Every task you hand off is an hour you reclaim for strategy, vision, and the leadership your organization actually needs from you.

"The challenge didn't teach me how to delegate. It showed me why I wasn't — and that was the whole thing."

— Past Challenge Participant, Chief of Staff
What's Included

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

01

Pre-recorded coaching videos

Weeks 1 and 2 include 15-minute coaching lessons you can watch on your own schedule. No live commitment required for the first two weeks.

02

3 live group coaching calls

Weeks 3, 4, and 5 include live sessions with hot seat coaching. Watching someone else get coached is often as powerful as being in the seat yourself.

03

Delegation Audit worksheet

A structured framework for categorizing every task on your plate: Only-me, Could-delegate, Should-never-have-touched.

04

Trust Matrix template

A visual tool for mapping your team's capability vs. readiness — so you can see exactly who is more prepared than you've been treating them.

05

The 5-Part Delegation Script

Context → Outcome → Resources → Check-ins → Decision Rights. The complete framework for handoffs that actually stick.

06

Private community + accountability partner

A private group of 20 senior executives going through the same challenge, plus a personally matched accountability partner for the full five weeks.

Is This for You?

Built for executives
who are ready to do the work.

This challenge is for you if…
  • You're in a senior leadership role and your calendar still doesn't reflect it
  • You've been in a high-stakes transition — new role, new scope, or a restructured org
  • You know you need to delegate more but struggle with how, or with letting go
  • You want structured frameworks and real accountability, not theory
  • You're open to being coached live in front of a group of peers
  • You can commit 1–2 hours per week for five weeks
This challenge is NOT for you if…
  • You're not yet in a leadership or management role
  • You're looking for passive content to watch without doing the work
  • You can't commit to showing up consistently for five weeks
  • You want a polished course — this is a challenge, not a curriculum

About the time commitment

Each week takes 1–2 hours: watching the video, completing the challenge, and engaging in the community. The live calls are 60 minutes. The challenge is designed to create time — not consume it.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this really free?
+
Yes, completely. There's no catch, no hidden upsell required, and no credit card needed. Some participants do choose to continue working with Sana after the challenge ends — but that's entirely their decision and there's no pressure.
How much time does this take per week?
+
About 1–2 hours per week. Each challenge is designed to fit into your real schedule — not add to your overwhelm. The live calls are 60 minutes each (75 minutes for the Week 5 finale). Weeks 1–2 are fully self-paced.
What if I can't attend the live calls?
+
All live sessions are recorded and posted in the private community within 24 hours. Async participation is fully supported. That said — the live calls are where the real shifts happen, so we strongly encourage showing up live if you can.
I'm already overloaded. Is this the right time?
+
That's exactly why this is the right time. The challenge is designed to create time, not consume it. By Week 4, most participants have reclaimed 3–5 hours per week. The investment is small. The return is immediate.
Who else will be in the challenge?
+
Senior executives from a range of industries and functions — Directors, VPs, C-suite leaders, Chiefs of Staff, and senior individual contributors. The group is capped at 20 to keep the coaching intimate and high-quality.
What happens after the challenge ends?
+
At the final call, Sana shares how participants can continue working with her in a 1:1 coaching engagement, VIP Day, or ongoing group format — for those who want to go deeper. There's no obligation and no pressure. The challenge stands completely on its own.
