Free · Limited to 20 executives · Starts May 5th
They're struggling because they're still doing when they should be leading. The Delegation Effect is designed to close that gap — permanently.
In our last cohort, executives audited their task list and found that on average 3 out of every 10 tasks should never have been on their plate at all.
Most delegation failures come down to three things: perfectionism, protection, or speed. This challenge helps you identify which one is running your decisions.
By Week 4, participants in this challenge typically reclaim 3–5 hours per week. That's 12–20 hours of strategic leadership capacity every month.
Delegation isn't just a tactical skill. It's an identity shift — from expert contributor to strategic executive. That's what five weeks together builds.
Weeks 1–2 are self-paced with pre-recorded coaching videos. Weeks 3–5 include live group coaching calls.
Every task you hand off is an hour you reclaim for strategy, vision, and the leadership your organization actually needs from you.
"The challenge didn't teach me how to delegate. It showed me why I wasn't — and that was the whole thing."
— Past Challenge Participant, Chief of StaffWeeks 1 and 2 include 15-minute coaching lessons you can watch on your own schedule. No live commitment required for the first two weeks.
Weeks 3, 4, and 5 include live sessions with hot seat coaching. Watching someone else get coached is often as powerful as being in the seat yourself.
A structured framework for categorizing every task on your plate: Only-me, Could-delegate, Should-never-have-touched.
A visual tool for mapping your team's capability vs. readiness — so you can see exactly who is more prepared than you've been treating them.
Context → Outcome → Resources → Check-ins → Decision Rights. The complete framework for handoffs that actually stick.
A private group of 20 senior executives going through the same challenge, plus a personally matched accountability partner for the full five weeks.
About the time commitment
Each week takes 1–2 hours: watching the video, completing the challenge, and engaging in the community. The live calls are 60 minutes. The challenge is designed to create time — not consume it.
